Anthony's background is Jazz and Rock; in 2011 he released an album with ex-Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin in their collaborative group Skysaw. Janel is a classically trained cellist who has studied and performed Hindustani and Persian classic music. She toured with Kyp Malone of T.V. on the Radio in his group Rain Machine. They self-released their debut album and have sold nearly 2,000 copies at the many shows they've played since.
