I usually don't write reviews. But that negative review motivated me to say just how much I love this album. I don't understand how someone that likes nofx can say that songs about drugs and S&M is not their bag. Nofx, the band with an album named S&M airlines and songs like "Kids of the K Hole". Spare me...I can't get enough of this album. It is a story of a tribe of street punks. A 16 year of victim of sex abuse, a mentally retarded kid who's mother abused drugs and alcohol while pregnant and Gay kid who was abused by his brothers, and a few other believable characters. I feel like i knew people in my life that were represented by these characters.The songs themselves I can't get enough of. The cast is amazing and there isn't one song that I dislike. Three Against Me is my favorite song on the album. And all the vocals, from the snotty girl punk, the gorgeous female vocals and harmonies to Frank Turner and the playful heartfelt and gruff punk singing really round out this record and make it a whole package.It definitely has a nofx feel, but it really does stand out as a great musical and punk album. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone who is a fan of either genre.I look forward to the cast album.
