About the Artist About the Artists Jan Garrett and JD Martin are independent award winning singer/songwriters who live and create their music in the mountains of Colorado. When they met in 1995 they had each been writing, recording, and performing their own music for many years as accomplished solo artists. JD is an award-winning songwriter of 5 Number One and 10 Top Ten country and pop hit singles. His songs have been recorded by such luminaries as Reba McEntire, Terri Clark, B.J. Thomas, Peter Cetera, and the Oak Ridge Boys. Jan is a jazz singer, songwriter,and wild-ass visionary who has toured with John Denver, Steve Martin and the Dirt Band, and has appeared on the Tonight Show.
