Hailing from Portland, Oregon, The Peasants are a seven piece American roots country pop band featuring female vocal harmonies, banjo, mandolin, acoustic and electric guitars, bass and drums. The band plays original songs about a disappearing America, ranging in style from sweet love songs to eerie murder ballads to beer drinkin' boot stompin' rockers.
