(And for that matter, also Frog and Toad, by the same author.)If you can find a version with included CD voiced by the author, Arnold Lobel, even better. We are enjoying these now with a second generation of children, and often gift these to other young families.Good for all ages, actually, as I too enjoy these stories. Over the years, I have found myself quoting the passages when appropriate.A plus for parents, the stories can be read in a few minutes, so tired little ones aren't kept up too late, and I don’t get bored.
